Looks like Andrew Wheeler at Comics Alliance saw your Spiderman pic.
I won’t link the whole article but here’s a snippet.
First, he says all comics are targeted at male audiences (every last one? wow!) but if that’s true then what is the problem with Spiderwoman. It’s for a male audience to begin with. It’s not like they took away something that was for the female audience.
There’s also the usual bullshit again about comics all being male power fantasies, which again make me wonder why girls are trying to read them if they’re specifically targeted to males. Why don’t they just make their own.
Oh right, because it’s not about what they have. It’s about what they don’t want other people to have.
