I remember forever ago we had a discussion about Welcome to Night Vale after Kate Leth mentioned creaming her jeans to it.
Most of us figured it would turn out to be pretty lame.
Just got around to taking a look and HOLY DOG SHIT. I couldn’t even make it 2 minutes.
First off, if you’re going to do something like this you need a great voice. You need a Garrison Keillor, Vincent Price, or Orsen Welles voice. This sounds like some stringy ponytailed trenchcoat nerd trying with all his twerpy might not to have his voice crack.
Second, even if I didn’t already know that this was made by Something Awful people, I would have immediately guessed it. The same brand of lolrandom garbage that passes for humor over there. THERE IS A NEW DOG PARK. THERE ARE NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE DOG PARK. No dogs in the dog park whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa that’s crazy!
Fucking shit, Kate Leth. Not only are you the worst person outside their webcomic next to Aaron Diaz, your tastes fucking suck.
