In our last post at http://shittywebcomics.tumblr.com/post/116148009239/some-people-might-say-that-its-wrong-to-accuse we looked at Jess Fink, a webcomics feminist who mostly draws guys fucking each other and sometimes robots. We established certain criteria for a “webcomics feminist”. Today we’ll look at Erika Moen. Erika Moen is a “queer” cartoonist who can barely draw.
Like Kate Leth, she started a webcomic without having anything to say or any story to tell. Like Kate Leth, her drawing skills have not improved much over time. Like Kate Leth, she claims to be queer. Unlike Kate Leth, she actually dated women. For a couple of years. Until college. Then she dated and married this guy, Matt Nolan. You may notice that he looks like an older version of the men Kate Leth is into. This is not a coincidence.
Like most feminists, she has a stupid haircut.
Like most feminists, she wants you to look at her tits. Here is a small sample. Note the armpit hair.
Her shitty webcomic is http://www.ohjoysextoy.com She currently earns $1300 per comic via Patreon. She posts 4 comics a month. That’s $5200 a month for this crap:
She draws a lot of “PoC” and fat people in her comics in an obvious attempt to get dumb feminists to reblog it. Of course “PoC” usually means black people. You don’t see a wide variety of races, probably because she can’t draw them and doesn’t actually know anybody who isn’t white. Erika Moen just pays lip service to “diversity” so she can get Patreon donations.
Like most webcomics feminists she barely goes to life drawing classes. Here’s some of her life drawing work, followed by an actual picture of the model (a cartoonist, Leia Weathington).
I don’t know if Leia Weathington is a webcomics feminist or not, but it’s funny that she let Erika Moen make bad sketches of her naked body and post them online. And I know most people come to SWC for big tits so there’s some big tits.
Like most webcomics feminists, she has depression and anxiety. Every webcomics feminist copes with this a different way. Some drink and vomit in public.
Some just vomit.
All webcomics feminists are the same. Common factors among the webcomics feminists: stupid haircuts, “queer” or “bisexual” even though they date/marry men, showing off tits, depressed, little skill at drawing and no desire to get better at it.
Erika Moen has a stupid haircut, is “queer” but married a man, shows off tits, vomits from anxiety, and is not skilled at drawing and is not getting better.
Verdict: Erika Moen is a webcomics feminist and deserves mockery.
